Plans & Membership — Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — you can move from a shorter plan or shift to a longer one at any time. The unused value of your current plan is adjusted against the new one. Just ask at the front desk or message us on WhatsApp.
Fees are non-refundable once a plan is activated, but if you need to pause your membership for a genuine reason (medical, travel, etc.) we can freeze it and extend your end date accordingly — talk to us in advance.
Yes — our Reserved 18 Hr and Reserved 24 Hr plans come with a fixed seat that's yours alone. Unreserved 6/8/12 Hr plans and the One Day Pass use any available seat within your shift, on a first-come basis.
Unreserved plans run in fixed shifts (6, 8 or 12 hours) that you choose at signup. Reserved 24 Hr members get true round-the-clock access. The building itself is accessible 24x7 for Reserved members.
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi, an AC study hall, CCTV security, RO water and a daily newspaper are included with every plan, from the ₹150 One Day Pass upward.
